Statistical Mentoring Panel
Event Description:
The Albuquerque Chapter of the American Statistical Association invites you to our Fall Mentoring Panel October 16th at 4pm at the University of New Mexico's Science Math and Learning Building Room 102. Discussion will focus on graduate and undergraduate students considering a career in statistics and/or data science, or any career path that requires a background in statistics or data analytics. Our panelists represent diverse career stages and career paths, including government, industry, and academia, and focus on theoretical work, applied analysis, and everything in between. We will start with a moderated discussion among the panelists and leave plenty of time for audience questions and interaction. Pizza and soft drinks will be provided.
